What is different about Florida garages
Florida decks are largely open-air, which changes the specification: sensors and indicator heads need UV and moisture ratings that an enclosed northern garage never requires, and wind loading matters for overhead signage. Seasonal demand swings also make occupancy data more valuable, because the difference between February and August is a planning input, not noise.
